This time the DJ will not play at Saraswati Puja in the capital Patna. Permission has to be obtained for the cultural program. This time the idol will not be immersed in the Ganges river. The district administration has instructed the municipal corporation to immerse the artificial pond.

Also, the idol will have to be immersed on the next day of worship i.e. on the 17th of February. This decision was taken in a meeting chaired by DM Dr. Chandrasekhar Singh on Wednesday. After the meeting, the district administration has issued a guideline for Saraswati Puja. Permission has been given to conduct poojas in educational institutions such as schools, colleges, coaching institutes. During this time the rules of covid-19 will be followed.

The DM has directed the university administration and the college administration not to organize any cultural event in which DJ is used in view of the infection of corona virus. Do not rush. Sanitizer, mask, etc. should be used where there is worship. The DM said that the risk of infection with the corona virus is not over yet. That is why its organization is very important from the security point of view.

The DM has instructed all the SDOs, DSPs and station in-charge to hold a peace committee meeting in their respective areas. Ask the worship committees to comply with the order. DM said that during Saraswati Puja, no such program will be allowed to be held in any place which is more crowded. Municipal corporation will build artificial pond for idol immersion.

There is a complete ban on playing vulgar songs. It has been instructed to conduct effective monitoring. It has been instructed to seek permission for organizing cultural events. In the current era of Covid, public places are not crowded. Instructions have been given to the Station Incharge, Block Development Officer, Zonal Officer to ensure its effective monitoring and compliance. Also, all SDOs and SDPOs will also monitor it.

Routes will be set for the procession, the police will be monitored on anti-social elements. The District Magistrate has given strict instructions to decide the route of the procession, maintain peace and take necessary preventive action. Strict action will be taken against anti-social and disturbing elements which create social tension, disturb social harmony and create social envy.An adequate number of magistrates, police officers and police forces will be deputed by the District Magistrate and the Senior Superintendent of Police for the peaceful conduct of worship and maintenance of law and order.
